Which platforms and regions work?
The catalog is Windows-only — macOS is not supported. Region support follows the live client: if your shard is online for normal play, you are in scope. Check Discord for the current build list before buying, since catalog options rotate.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 on Intel or AMD covers the entire catalog. Overhead is light across every build — if the game runs smoothly, BGX should too. There is currently no macOS build.
Is a build always available?
Availability rotates with detection cycles — that is exactly why we maintain a full catalog instead of a single tool. If one option is paused, another is usually active. Check Discord for what is live right now before you buy.
Can scripts get my account banned?
Yes — risk is real. No vendor can promise zero detection forever. We ship updates, humanization options, and status alerts, but publishers change systems constantly. Use alternate accounts, avoid obvious patterns, and watch Discord for maintenance windows. You own the risk.
Are free or cracked loaders safe?
No. Cracked builds are a common malware vector and often already flagged. BGX is licensed software with signed delivery through the official storefront. If someone DMs you a “free key,” ignore it.
How do payments and delivery work?
